in coz school, one of the requirements is to keep up, keep up, keep up with fashion and trend. whether it’s clothing. accessories, hair, nails, make up, shoes, bags, etc.  so one of my favorite pieces of art and the art of drawing fashion. it’s so beautiful to see it drawn so meticulously on paper, then sewn and made an actual piece of clothing.  so here are a few i have pinned.

Well, here it is.  My first picture of the beginning of my portfolio.  Here’s a picture of my fellow classmate.  It was an evening of styling each other’s hair.  Anyway, her hair was SUPER curly, so I used Damage Control shampoo and conditioner.  Then I used Smooth Infusion and blow dried her hair 50%. Then I put confixer in it to help with the final step of creating curls like Kim Kardashin (sp?).  You put the confixer in after the hair is 50% dry.  After that, you blow dry the hair to 80%.  After that, you start blow dry it in a manner that will straighten it.  Best is a paddle brush.  You take the hair and pull it taut to one side to get the hair near the scalp straight and dry.  Then the mid-shaft and work your way to the ends.  don’t be afraid to get your blow dryer close to the hair as this helps tremendously in straightening the hair.  if it is frizzy, go over that section again until it isn’t.  then this is where the con fixer comes in.  using a curling iron, use a 6 thermal styling technique to get the spiral curls.  But first, you need to section it off and work from the bottom up.  and then hairspray, hairspray, hairspray.  these are very loose curls and needs lots of stabilization to keep them looking good.

here are some way cool nail art.  you can do these yourself with certain brushes, techniques or overlays.  i can’t wait to give these a try.  gonna have to skip the cafe on day.  thought these were really artistic too. have fun.

so when you are in cosmetology school, you get to wear these ugly, black, old lady shoes.  lol.  but you gotta or every muscle in your bod will start to hurt.  thankfully i found some that aren’t fashionable but look ok.  here are some shoes i can’t wait to wear when i graduate from school next year.  cheers!!!
